Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Refunds

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing selection

  • General wear and tear

  • Delayed shipping once dispatched

Due to hygiene reasons, selected items including socks and intimates may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To lodge a claim, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement item

  • Store credit

  • A refund where applicable

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a damaged/faulty return:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed

  • Tags must remain attached

  • Items must be in original condition

Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed faulty or damaged upon arrival.
